The STOP Technical Assistance to Administrators Resource (STAAR) Project is a national technical assistance project funded by the Office on Violence Against Women (OVW). The STAAR Project is the designated comprehensive training and technical assistance (TA) provider for the STOP Formula Grants Program. 

The STAAR Project offers tools, resources, training, peer networking and sharing, and individualized technical assistance to help STOP Administrators successfully fulfill their role.
