The STOP Formula Grants Program provides a 5% set-aside for courts. STOP Administrators and STOP Planning Committees must determine how to utilize these funds to best address needs, challenges, and gaps through state, tribal, and local courts. Any funding strategy developed for the Courts allocation must consider how to ensure court participation in STOP-funded activities, and the unique parameters for court funding and activities.
