New Underserved Grantee Orientation
January 31st - February 2nd, 2017
Saint Paul, Minnesota
The New Underserved Grantee Orientation will provide content to new Grantees of the OVW-funded Underserved Grant with the knowledge and skills to create, build and sustain programs as defined in their applications to the Underserved Grant. Through consultation calls conducted through ALSO, grantees will be provided opportunities to discuss, interact and plan with each other how they plan on applying their knowledge to serve populations under this specific grant. Tentative topics may include:
- Data collection and Evaluation strategies and practices
- Community-centered program design and implementation
- Outreach methods
- Organization structure and Sustainability
DATES: Tuesday, January 31st - Thursday, February 2nd, 2017
LOCATION: The Saint Paul Hotel, 350 Market Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55102
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
Please consider sending (a) significant MOU partner(s), (b) the grant oversight individual and/or (c) the direct front line/implementation individual. NOTE: If more than 3 people from your grant team (attendance includes MOU organizations) register for the conference, their name(s) will be placed on a waiting list until it is finalized.
