IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DATES: If you plan to check-in prior to April 28 (or April 27 for those attending the Territories Meeting), or plan to extend your stay and check-out on or after May 2, ALSO cannot guarantee the prevailing government room rate as these rates are subject to hotel availability.

The gathering is an opportunity get together with colleagues from around the country prior to the meeting. Participants are responsible for their own expenses.  

Registration begins on Monday 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m and will continue on Tuesday at 8:00 a.m.
Presentations and handouts from meeting sessions will only be available online. Materials will be posted to the session materials page on a rolling basis, so please check back regularly as the date of the meeting approaches. These materials will not be available in hard copy during the meeting. We strongly encourage participants to download or print materials before they arrive.
Basic wireless internet is available in all guest rooms and meeting spaces.
Dress for the meeting is business casual. Please note that the average April temperature in Albuquerque can range between 43-70°F. Hotel meeting rooms can vary in temperature throughout the meeting. We recommend dressing in layers to accommodate for these variances.
A full-service business center is located by the lobby.
The airport is approximately 20 minutes away from the Albuquerque Marriott Hotel by vehicle.
